Well it’s been a HUGE year for LiveSmart 🚧 with the completion of 3 x 4 story LUX VILLAS off Ferry Road Southport GC in March ‘25….then straight into 2 x 2 story upmarket homes in Tarragindi Brisbane for 3rd time client (ah!…the 4:30am starts & the daily commute in traffic 😓) with an ETA of April ‘26 🙏

All has been good except one dangerous fall from a ladder 🪜 resulting in a haematoma of the right bicep 💪🏼 as the arm broke the fall & saved my life 😓 and that doesnt include the mental stress of the building industrys well known RED TAPE BS 💩

**Is weird how the gov. want more builders building homes but make it so f’n difficult to just get the job started…and finished 😓 Ive heard of so many builders going bust!

It’s now time for a well deserved rest where NOTHINGNESS except eating & drinking 🍻 for days is the goal 😂 ! Bank some energy in advance of Tarragindi build completion ⬆️ and spend quality time with the family.
