UPDATE – COVID-19



Firstly, we would like to thank everyone for your continued support during this difficult time. We would like to let everyone know that WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS as usual and have made a few changes to help minimise any potential risk to our clients & tradesmen as follows:

We will make all endeavours to enforce the recommend 1.5m distance between ourselves and our clients. This includes no longer shaking hands, not touching any pets and requesting that all children are kept away to avoid any potential contact.
We will be washing our hands with soap and water before and after every job, as well as using hand sanitiser whilst onsite. When working indoors/touching remotes we will ensure that we are wearing disposable gloves to minimise any physical contact inside your home.
All internal items/surfaces which we touch will be cleaned over with antibacterial wipes.
If you have any questions or concerns with regards to the above, please let us know.



Secondly, there have been reports that the virus can stay active for up to 3 days on hard surfaces and plastics which is what an air conditioner is made of and then 3 hours once airborne. We strongly suggest wiping down these surfaces with antibacterial wipes to minimise any risk of your air conditioner potentially spreading the virus.
