Terracotta transformation in koyuga!
Pre treatment, full pressure clean, changed broken tiles, repointed in IRC Point Protect dark brown, post treatment to be applied after the pointing dries, 6 month treatment plan in place to keep the moss away 👌🏻

The clients were absolute legends, feeding us hot potato cakes to keep us warm during the wash 😂

After 18 months of being under tarps this roof in nathalia has a new life,
We were called in to do the tiling works after the new box gutter and flashings were installed.

Inspecting this roof, we seen multiple problems immediately, no weep holes, bedding and pointing cracked, multiple ridge fractures, many broken tiles, valleys soft and rusted, not to mention the absolute carnage around the new box gutter. Things a wash and paint won’t fix.

We started on the area near the box gutter, cutting all the tiles by hand, replacing the valley and also recutting the whole valley by hand, stripped all the ridge, changed over 100 broken tiles and 40 ridge, replaced the other valleys, rebedded the entire roof then repointed, 3 massive days to get this done before the rain came and it passed with flying colours, not a leak in sight. a huge thanks to Beau Sparks from Above and beyond roof restorations for the chop out on this one.

Will be washed and painted in the future if the client chooses to ✅
