Managing complex civil works happens not just behind a desk. Having site leadership directly alongside our operators means faster decision-making and tighter control to eliminate any potential roadblocks before they cost time.

It’s how we maintain complete control over quality and timelines from day one.

Team Chalouhi wrapped up the ’s Tour de PIF 2026, raising over $35,000 to help end youth homelessness.

We are proud to share that Team Chalouhi placed 2nd on the fundraising leaderboard, alongside our CEO, Robin Chalouhi, who also secured 2nd place on the individual fundraising leaderboard!

Crossing the finish line was rewarding, but knowing these funds will build safe housing for vulnerable young Australians is what truly matters.

We are deeply grateful to our team, clients, industry partners, friends, and family who backed our walkers and runners and helped us smash our target for this vital cause!

Being considerate of project goals and confident in our ex*****on allows us to turn site discussions into genuine partnerships.

We appreciate our clients and partners for continuing to trust our team on their most critical civil projects.

The Chalouhi team is gearing up for this September’s Tour de PIF 2026, and we need your support to help us make an impact!

We’re swapping our hard hats for running shoes to support the Property Industry Foundation in building tangible, safe housing for 46,000 vulnerable youth.

We’ve got the team spirit, but we need your help to reach our goal!

Every dollar raised goes directly into building secure accommodation and providing vital support for young people in need. Help us give homeless youth a safe place to call home.

Chalouhi is pleased to announce the successful completion of our shoring and bulk excavation package at Padstow, delivered alongside our valued client, Coplex.

This key early-works stage has prepared the site for a landmark eight-storey mixed-use development, featuring ground-floor commercial space and 113 affordable housing residences.

Key Scope Delivered:
• Bulk Excavation: 13,586 m³
• Piling Works: 807 LM
• Capping Beam: 215 LM
• Shotcrete Application: 772 m² (including a high-productivity 180 m² single-day pour)
• Detailed Excavation: 100% Complete

Executing on a restricted urban footprint presented distinct operational challenges. Through proactive sequencing, adaptive traffic control, and precise logistics, our project team overcame tight access and site constraints to deliver the full scope on schedule.

Thank you to the Coplex team for their trust and collaboration. We look forward to seeing this transformative project rise.

Early works are progressing rapidly at our Surry Hills project site, showcasing Chalouhi’s ability to execute complex civil engineering within a highly constrained Sydney C*D environment alongside our valued client, Hickory Group.

Operating on a compact 825m² footprint directly adjacent to Central Station, this project leaves zero room for error. Through innovative engineering, effective stakeholder management, and sheer operational agility, our team has successfully navigated major plant coordination and ongoing design changes to lock in critical milestones:

• Boundary Stabilisation Works – 100% Complete
• Temporary Soil Nail & RHS Retaining Solution – Successfully Implemented
• Shoring Piles – 100% Complete

With these foundational stages secured, we are maintaining this powerful momentum as the project delivery team transitions into foundation piling. We are proud to deliver these critical early works seamlessly for the Hickory team as we continue pushing towards the next milestones.
