ALUMINIUM WELDER WANTED – MIG & TIG 🚨

We’re currently chasing an experienced aluminium welder who is fully capable in both MIG and TIG aluminium welding.

This is not a trainee or learn-on-the-job position. We need someone who can come in and get straight into the work without needing to be constantly supervised or taught.

You must be confident and capable of:

• MIG welding aluminium
• TIG welding aluminium
• Setting up and jigging jobs correctly
• Reading/measuring and working accurately
• Producing clean, strong and consistent welds
• Completing jobs independently from setup through to finished product

We’re looking for someone who knows aluminium fabrication and can be trusted to get the job done properly.

A recent project we’ve been working on here at Strathmerton Engineering

We were asked to build this custom ute canopy from scratch, and it’s great to see the finished product now fitted to the vehicle.

Designed and fabricated in our workshop, with plenty of custom work involved along the way. We’re really happy with how it turned out.
