We recently completed a substantial project at the Alora Macedon wedding reception venue, where our team expertly installed plaster directly onto 28mm rondo furring channels across 750sqm. The task involved cutting folds to the top of the apex and applying three coats to all joins. The surface was meticulously vac sanded to a smooth finish, ready for painting. Utilizing scissor lifts was essential for this project due to the apex's height, ranging from 4.2m to 6m. In addition to this large-scale project, we also successfully completed several smaller patch jobs in the Macedon Ranges area, with images provided below. Our commitment to taking on projects of all sizes is reflected in our work.

Local alfresco we removed due to water damage. We installed laser battens and Replaced with water resistant plaster sanded and painted.
Alora macendon glass atrium, direct fix 28mm battens for a new raked ceiling we also sheeted all walls and stoped up some bulk heads. Sanded ready to paint.

Here is a reno we just completed in gisborne. All ceiling removed to change from cornice to square set finish, we installed new r5 insualtion to all walls and ceilings internal and external followed by rondo battens on adjustable clips @ 450 centres with span board, w/r to all wet areas. Few reveals all sanded ready to paint.

Few small jobs this week completed.
Hillside job we had a bit of waterdamage/black mould we had to remove, we installed new insulation and plaster re troweld sanded ready to paint.

Sunbury triple car garage we repaired cut out all the old joins and pumped over 400+ screws into it. Re troweld with fiber fuse 3 coats to all joins. We also returned and vac sanded and supplied a few coats of flat white ceiling paint and touched up the walls while we were at it.

Few jobs completed
Keilor pool, this job went from being a quick patch up due to some waterdamage, but turned out to be a structural issue also. We ended up pulling a fair bit of plaster out and fixing the above frame, we installed new w/r plaster and metal beads. Also installed timber around perimeter with a 3mm shadow line. This will also help with any further movement. Sanded fresh coat of paint over entire area including Ceiling, and all doors and windows in semi gloss.

Small ceiling patch in sunbury. Electrician went through the ceiling and had a go at fixing him self owner wasnt happy so we ended up floating it out 600mm, as you can see from the pictures. Sanded ready to paint

Alfresco sunbury we pulled down existing standard plaster. Installed rondo battens on adjustable clips. Installed new w/r plaster with timber around perimeter. Sanded ready forcthe owner to paint

Few jobs completed this week
Sunbury single car garage removed due to water damage. Replace with new plaster on rondo batttens sanded and painted
Gisborne sound studio, we installed insulation and 36mm barrier board, Square set with bulk heads to cover additional frame work to support the weight.we also installed the arcs and skirts, all sanded ready to paint.
Woodend bathroom ceiling and skylight. This job we have done twice as tile lay out was short 20mm at top, so we ended up battening and plastering over our existing ceiling we did a few weeks ago.

New build we have just completed 750sqm home in macendon ranges. This project was direct fix to trusses, not what we normally do but this is what owner required. We installed new plaster throughout, wr to wet areas. We also did the fix new skirts, doors and architraves all sanded ready to paint.

Rockbank home completed.
900sqm home we just completed laser batten ceilings on rondo adjustable clips, new r5 insulation throughout all internal external walls and ceiling space.3 step siniat cornice, all sanded ready to paint.

Gisborne extension, this was previously started and hung buy another company. We ended up removing the entire ceiling walls and all the laser battens. We started with a blank canvas installed new battens on adjustable clips at 450 centres installed span ceiling board. Square set finish sanded ready to paint. Will be back in new year to finish of a few walls that still need to be built.

Small garage office in sunbury, new insulation plaster and quad around perimeter to finish, chip board walls, all sanded ready for owner to paint.

Another few jobs completed this week
Riddles Creek lounge room we removed the old cornice and re screwrd existing ceiling up, we stuck plaster straight over the brick work with masonary adhesive. Set up a few window reveals and installed 75mm cove cornice. Sanded ready for skirts/arcs and paint.
Gisborne shipping container we turned into a bathroom wash station. Supplied and installed wr plaster to all walls and laser batten ceiling. We also set up a gas fire with metal angels and p50 finish around glass

A few local jobs this archway we demolished and removed was to add a extra bedroom/ office to the house. We framed with rondo steel studs and installed new plaster. Sanded ready to paint.

Sunbury Secondary Collage year 8 coordinator office fit out. We installed new plaster to the New timber frames set for a ceiling height of 3.2m. Set up all the windows/ doors for reveals. Installed new grid t-bar ceiling and fine fussed tiles. Sanded ready to paint.

Another local bathroom reno completed. Full strip out, Straighten all walls and built a new bath hob, and frame to install shaving cabinet. New wr plaster laser batten ceilings on adjustable clips with a fresh coat of paint. We done 2 coats of Waterproof. 600x300 full height wall tiles with a niech, 600x600 floor tiles. Wall hung vanity with a recess shaving cabinet. Caulked and grouted in misty grey to finish it all off. Only works we out sourced was local plumbing and electrical teams.
