Our Sunderland Bay project on Phillip Island is now officially listed on the International Passivhaus Database.

Itโ€™s great to see this home recognised alongside certified high-performance buildings from around the world.

The database provides a record of certified Passive House projects and the performance standards they have achieved โ€” giving clients and industry professionals a transparent way to see whatโ€™s possible when building science is considered from the very beginning.

Reaching eight Certified Passivhaus homes is a milestone we're incredibly proud of. It reflects the trust our clients place in us, the dedication of our team, and the experience we've built along the way.
