This was a big effort from the team. This clients tiled deck was 20 + years old, the waterproof membrane was degraded and leaking. Thus compromising the structural integrity of the structure.

We pulled up the old tiles and compressed flooring. Any water damaged joists were replaced. G tape was installed to protect the joists from future weather.

90x19 Merbau was laid for a great result and another happy customer. @ gowanleatimbers
