After over 12 months of design development and planning, construction is now underway on one of our most exciting projects to date.

This custom elevated concrete pool has been thoughtfully designed to complement the architecture of the home while maximising the space, functionality and coastal outlook.

From the curved structural details to the integrated landscaping and resort-inspired finishes, every element has been carefully considered to create a truly seamless outdoor experience.

A space designed for slowing down 🤍

This Landsborough project was all about creating an outdoor area the whole family could enjoy.

The custom design features a 7m x 5m curved concrete pool with a generous 2m beach entry, creating a soft, resort-style feel while also being incredibly practical for families.

Finishes include white corsica honed concrete surrounds paired with a white mosaic waterline and white pebblecrete interior. The palette is clean, timeless and designed to reflect light beautifully throughout the day.

The curved design softens the space and creates a natural flow between the home and outdoors — making it feel open, inviting and easy to live in.

A simple brief executed with precision and attention to detail, resulting in a space that feels calm, elevated and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Designed around connection and everyday living, this custom concrete pool sits directly alongside the home - creating a seamless flow between the kitchen, living space and outdoors.

The 6m x 3.2m pool is finished in Salt & Pepper pebblecrete, paired with crisp concrete-look white porcelain coping and dual-tone Aquilla gloss waterline tiles for a clean, modern edge.

Framed by low-maintenance composite cladding and softened with a Palm Springs-inspired entry garden, the space feels open, functional and effortlessly inviting. 🌵

This one came with its challenges — a sandy block and hitting the water table but the end result speaks for itself. A smart design, built well, completely changing how this home is lived in.

This custom concrete pool in Sunshine Cove proves that great design and solid planning can overcome even the toughest sites. With no machinery access, we craned the digger in and used conveyor belts to remove spoil — all to deliver this clean, modern pool without compromise.
