Welcome to all our new followers 👋

Thought it was time we properly introduced the man behind the tools 🔨

This is Ben – licensed builder, fully insured, and coming up to 30 years in the trade (yep… he’s seen it all 😅).

From renovations and extensions to structural work and commercial projects, there’s not much he hasn’t tackled over the years. A big part of his background is working on older homes and heritage restorations, so he knows how to get those jobs done properly — with the detail and care they actually need.

Quality work, done properly the first time – no shortcuts.

We’re based around Gympie, and service surrounding areas including the Mary Valley, Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach and Sunshine Coast.

Ground floor framing and ply bracing completed — all set and ready for the subfloor install tomorrow with the crane.

From slab to structure, this is where it really starts to take shape 🔨

After a few years operating locally as Mow and Build, we’re excited to officially be back building full-time under Horo Constructions.
Many of you would know Mow and Build came about during a period of injury, where we shifted into lighter work to keep things moving. Now that we’re back on the tools, our focus is on:
