Walkthrough Wednesday ~ Site Update

You’ve seen the framework, and now with the sheeting going up, you can really start to get a feel for the spaces taking shape.

The architectural details are becoming much clearer too, with the arches, openings and structural shapes giving us a glimpse of how the finished home will eventually come together.

There’s still plenty to happen, but this is always an exciting stage, when you can finally start to see the design on paper becoming a home.

And after scaling a ladder up three floors for this site update… I’m personally very much looking forward to the stairs going in!

~ Another update from our Lookout 07 Charity Home.

We’re getting closer to the finish line on this incredibly special project, made possible by the generosity of the amazing trades, suppliers and businesses who have donated their time and materials to help bring it to life.

And there’s a little more to this one… when the home comes to market, the purchaser will also have the choice of a car or $20,000 as part of the package.

Most importantly, proceeds from the sale will go towards supporting Lookout 07 and the incredible work Leon and his team are doing in our community.

A beautiful new home, a pretty great bonus, and a project with a whole lot of heart behind it.

Two familiar faces you’ll find out on site.

As third generation to the Costa name, Carter is continuing the family tradition, learning the craft and bringing the same pride in workmanship that Costa Homes has been built on.

Nathan comes to us with years of construction experience, a can-do attitude and is always ready to jump in and find a solution.

A great pair to have on site and an important part of the Costa Homes team.

Apparently Walkthrough Wednesday is happening on a Thursday this week.

But we couldn’t skip this one, because it’s all about the details.

Our display home is a perfect example of how thoughtful design choices come together from the mix of exterior materials, to skylights bringing natural light into the bathrooms, integrated LED lighting, custom joinery and those smaller details you might not notice at first glance.

It’s these details, and the care that goes into getting them right, that can completely change the way a home looks and feels.

The frame is up and the vision is starting to come to life on our Sunshine Cove waterfront project, revealing the scale and layout of this custom home for the first time. Designed to maximise the block by building up, with a custom pool and plenty of thoughtful design details still to come.
