Guest houses or granny flats are a great option for extended families or those looking to make additional income. The team at Gould Construction just finished this stunning guest house at the back of a sloping block in Mt Coolum. Although if had its challenges we were very happy with the finished home.
Thanks to the whole Gould Construction team and sub contractors for bringing this clients dream to life.
A big shout out to Flavio the Archtect for creating this amazing design for the client and Claudia from Poch Interiors for looking after all the interior design and giving this guest house the wow factor.

We just finished this home extension in Tewantin for a client who wanted a new porch, ensuite, back deck, outdoor shower with additional built in storage and bbq. Now onto the next project.

Our clients in Peregian Springs had water leaks on their existing balcony due to poor waterproofing. After removing their old tiles, the sub floor sheeting and dwarf walls we found rotten sub frame members. Replacing old with new ensuring the waterproofing was finished as per the new NC codes we now have some pretty happy clients.

It felt like yesterday when this young man started his apprenticeship with Gould Construction. Yesterday Xander Jacobs just entered into his 2nd year apprenticeship with us. Well done Xander on this achievement!
