BIANCO is particularly special to us because it is our own development.
From the outset, we set about creating a building that said something about who RCQ is setting our own benchmark for quality, design, craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As both developer and builder, BIANCO was personal. It gave us the opportunity to take our vision from site acquisition and design through to construction and completion, with every decision ultimately ours to make.
The result is a building we believe represents RCQ at its best and establishes the standard we want to carry forward into future projects.
To have BIANCO recognised as both its category winner and Project of the Year makes us immensely proud.
