Had a few queries about this first part of the process to occupy whenua. Hopefully its clear enough. Happy for people to add comments about how to make the process more streamline or people/companies that are helpful for the resource consent part of the deal. I know there are tangata whenua that don't want to follow these processes which is cool too this is just for access to kainga whenua loans. If you have capital somewhere we can also put you onto someone that helps with finance! Stay home whanau be safe!

Here are few pics of the quality of our builds. Our buildings are built to code. We value healthy homes especially for our kaumatua/kuia. Our modules are fitted to gas for water and can be for cooking too. It really is your choice. We can hook you up to solar! Always fitted with double glazed aluminium joinery.
The idea of our living solutions is for people to buy the first living module to get you off the ground and add a bedroom module as soon as possible. We also have bedroom modules on offer.

🤞We've been a bit slow on the uptake but here is one of our first modular builds in progress. This is a one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen unit all hooked up to gas. Photos of inside to follow😊
