Mitch coming out with a big win today on this tricky one. Garage, porch and laundry joining a sun floor. Raft slab with blinding, built up 4 waffle pods high due to site cut unable to be lifted. Mastered it, nice one mate! Formed up pad footings and piers to come… #2023

Basement/light room plus footings poured today. Took the time and did the 1 percenters on this one which made a difficult job a lot easier. Back for the top slab in a months time after dincel and brickwork complete. Great job crew 🍻

First job complete for a new builder today, 150mm thick slab with hydronic heating and lowered rebate to suit the block and allow for a small amount of back fill. Great to have a job go 100% to plan and on time from the get go.

Phantom Slabs is currently looking to expand our team and take on a labourer and/or someone to keen to step into the trade.

Our main focus is providing quality workmanship and service to our clients consistently. With work ranging from raft slabs, waffle slabs, basements, strip footings, excavation and spoil removal you’ll learn a lot of different aspects in the trade.

We are a tight knit team based in Carrum Downs. Looking for genuine people eager to learn how we do things, work hard, have a positive attitude and also work in a motivated crew.

Mandatory requirements -
- Current license and/or own transport to site or base location

Experience preferred but NOT necessary at all. If you have a good attitude and eager to learn we're happy to put the time in and teach you.

Wages with overtime + super. Weekend work always available.

Mitch and the boys kicking ass on one of two slabs poured today. The “smaller” section of this split 650m2 slab. Hopefully have some luck with the weather and have this one finished off before the weeks through 🤞🏼

Large split level slab poured yesterday. Boys doing a ripper job on the setup in the rock, wind and rain last week. Frame on the bottom with 10mm to spare and no blowouts + no honeycomb is always the plan in which we succeeded! That half a day of extra preparation always pays off.

Couple of action shots from a 240m2 half charcoal machine finished driveway we completed late last year. We also supplied and installed a burnished slab for the house around 9 months earlier. Sunny times! ☀️🍻
