We’re currently implementing a major growth initiative throughout Sydney and NSW, and we’ll be launching additional branches of the business in every state in Australia within the next few years.
As the business grows, you’ll join our team of high-performing installers.

We’re looking for:
- Apprentices at any level, some experience on the tools preferred.
- Somebody positive and presentable who can communicate effectively
- Solutions-focused – somebody dedicated to getting the job done, who doesn’t believe in the “too-hard basket”.
- You'll also need a drivers license
What Will You Do?
· You'll help us install heating and cooling systems into new residences under construction. We only work on custom-designed, premium property so no two jobs are alike.
· We do a mix of ducted and VRF air conditioning, and hydronic underfloor heating and mechanical plumbing, so you'll gain a wide range of skills enabling you advance in your career. This is not just whacking in split systems!
· You’ll work with a senior supervisor and other team members on each job, who will help train you in the trade.
· This is a full-time role based mostly in Eastern suburbs Sydney, but with a small amount of travel to some jobs out of the city and some overnight stays out of town.
· You’ll be well supported by the team to help you succeed, learn, and grow as a professional. The more you learn, the more you can earn.
