At JN, culture is shaped by how we treat each other, how we approach our work, and the moments we share with each other. That’s why coming together as often as we can really matters to us.

Last week we gathered to connect at our annual conference where our MD, Anthony Down, presented a brief business update, followed by service milestone awards (from 5 years to 40!).

After the formalities were done, we enjoyed a relaxed afternoon of trivia and barefoot bowls.

Congratulations to JN’s David Harvey, who was awarded the prestigious Fred Green Memorial Award by Deakin University for the Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) student or student enrolled in the equivalent major sequence in Bachelor of Engineering (Industry) (Honours) who achieves the highest Weighted Average Mark after completion of all core third year units.
David, who has worked as an undergraduate structural engineer at JN since 2023, described his reaction to being informed of his award as “pretty shocked”.
