Using estate brown Eko deck throughout we extended the area and built a new pergola over the top. Adding a bench seat with storage and new stairs down to the yard. An old rusted roof at hillside hotel causing leaks needing an update for new services to be placed on. We achieved this by adding LVL beams in, followed by adding a new trim deck roof over the top.

Here’s a job we did a few months back in Mona vale.
We added a new bay window which helped opened the space of the room up and allowed the client to make the most of the afternoon sun. We also built in extra storage underneath the seat and finished by modernising the whole look with louvred windows and James Hardie Linear Cladding. Joinery by
