New Century Group Australia is a growing commercial construction company delivering projects across Sydney. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Project Support to join our team and assist with the day-to-day running of our projects.

About the Role
Working from our office, you will support the project team across a range of administrative and coordination tasks. You will be involved in reviewing drawings, managing project documentation, and assisting with procurement and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Reviewing and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
• Managing project documentation and document control systems
• Assisting with RFIs, variations, and project registers
• Supporting procurement of materials and tracking deliveries
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• General office administration and project support
About You
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Previous experience in construction or admin
