Luxury duplex detail excavation |📍Beverly Hills, NSW

This detail job was completed for our good friends Built. Based on strip footings for a suspended slab

It consisted of the following:

- Benching to depth
- 96 piers at 450mmD and 1.8-2.0m depth
- 126m of Footings at 450mm wide x 600 depth
- Dig for 6 agg lines and sewer lines for plumbing for
- Digging of stormwater for plumbing
- Levelling off site leaving it ready for brick work
- Removal and disposal of soil
- Clean up and tidy site ready for concrete

This detail job was completed for our good friends at Liberty Building. Based on strip footings

It consisted of the following:

- benching to depth
- 36 piers at 450d and till rock
- Footings at 450mm wide x 800 depth
- Removal and disposal of soil (26 bogies)
- Clean up and tidy site ready for concrete

Childcare revamp |📍 Liverpool

Our clients gave us another project to tackle. This one had a little bit of a twist and more going on as opposed to our Wentworthville revamp.

All to be removed, designed and constructed in a 1 week timeframe.

Our client asked us to modernise and liven up their play area. Includes:
- new garden beds and walkways
- New entrances and exit points on existing cubby houses
- Brand new teepee
- New yarning circle
- High quality synthetic grass
- Stepping stones embedded into synthetic grass
- New rock climbing wall, rope climbing wall and a stepped garden bed
