Seaforth Balcony Structrual Restoration

The team recently completed an urgent balcony water damaged balcony.

With the timber joist and beams of the waterfront property deteriorating rapidly, it was crucial for the structural subfloor to be remediated immediately.

With the support from the boys at , we were able to demolish and install all new timber to the balcony within 2 days.

The client was able to proceed with works and had minimal disruptions to their renovation works currently being undertaken at the property.

ALH Built were fortunate enough to partner up with Mum 4 Everyone over the Christmas and New Years holiday in Ghana to visit New Life Nungua Children’s Home International - a charity we’ve sponsored since 2023. We provided bags of toys, clothing, non-perishable foods and a monetary donation for the staff and children to support their efforts in sustaining a childhood, education and aim for a brighter future for those less fortunate.

Load bearing wall deletion.

Our team experienced an unexpected obstical and uncovered termite damaged framing whilst preparing to remove 2 structural wall in the center of the property.

We undertook all remediation works as specified by our structural engineer and received certification for the remediation works to proceeded with the original works.

The client was pleased to be able to bring more light into their home and to begin making their house a home.

To assist with the client who wanted to make changes to the council approved drawings, we consulted and coordinated with their private certifier to document and provide all required documentation for approval.

Taking on additional task to keep the client satisfied to ensure their requirements and needs are met is our priority.
