Waterproofing is one of the most important stages of any bathroom renovation. 💧🏠
It may be hidden once the tiles go down, but getting it right now can prevent costly water damage and repairs later.
For this project, our team carefully completed the waterproofing system across the wet areas, with particular attention to waterproofing angles, wall-to-floor junctions, pe*******ons, drains and pipework. All critical areas are properly sealed and reinforced before the next stage begins.

Window Flashings Rectification | Insurance Repair 🏗️
Not every window leak can be fixed with sealant. In many cases, the real issue is missing or failed window flashings.
For this insurance rectification project, we installed scaffolding, carefully removed the surrounding brickwork, fitted new top and bottom window flashings, and rebuilt the brickwork to restore both the waterproofing and the appearance. Quality repairs start with doing the job properly.
