Stage One completed at The Marion

Our team has successfully completed the remedial waterproofing works to the first building, with four more buildings to follow as part of the ongoing project.

The works included the installation of a 1.5mm Fatra fully bonded membrane system, together with a specially detailed isolated slab system in accordance with the engineer’s requirements.

Another stage completed to a high standard, with the next buildings already underway.

Another quality project delivered in Vaucluse.

For this roof upgrade, we installed a Fatra PVC membrane system directly over the existing bitumen membrane, providing a durable and lightweight waterproofing solution. Given the lightweight substrate, it was important to ensure the roof remains electronically testable in the future, so an ILD Vector Mapping Mesh was incorporated beneath the membrane system.

The result is a clean, high-quality finish that not only performs but looks the part as well.

Another successful waterproofing project completed in Dover Heights.

The existing PVC membrane was only 7 years old, but unfortunately due to poor application and incorrect falls, the system failed prematurely.

Together with the team at NCR, we took over the project and delivered a long-lasting waterproofing solution for both the main roof and the two downstairs balconies.

NCR worked with precision to ensure the falls were corrected properly this time, allowing our team to complete a high-quality membrane installation with confidence.

Every stage of the project was thoroughly checked:

✔️ Final third-party electronic leak detection testing by ILD

Another successful commercial roofing project completed.

This roof had a Scyon substrate where the existing liquid membrane system had failed, causing ongoing waterproofing concerns. Our team was brought in to deliver a long-lasting and reliable solution — and we’re confident the new 1.5mm fully bonded membrane system will provide exactly that.

To future-proof the installation, we also incorporated conductive mesh for low voltage leak detection testing, ensuring easier maintenance and verification down the track.
