The first lift of the party wall has been completed. Our preference for party wall construction is to use a reinforced concrete permanent formwork system such AFS Rediwall. This method has great benefits over methods like masonry or fire rated plasterboard in terms of speed of construction, structural integrity and acoustic performance.
