Last Wednesday, we held our very first “UNSW GDSC High School Information Session” 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

Dedicated to recent HSC graduates, the event was designed to offer insights and advice into university pathway selection & also bridge the students closer to understanding the behind-the-scenes at Google at an early stage.

The day kicked off with an icebreaker where each team was tasked to construct the tallest pasta tower with limited resources 🍝 This was followed by a university panel with the current GDSC core team, and a superb Flutter demo and Google-y chat lead by Brett Morgan!

We hope that all the students who attended this event were able to extract useful insights into various technology-related degrees and leverage the conversations from today to navigate their choices in the very near future!

Of course, on behalf of the Google Developer community, congratulations on your HSC milestone and all the very best with your results! ❤️💙💛💚
