"Depending on budget, we always encourage putting energy and attention into the things that are hard to change once the home is built.

The facade is a great example, especially as the facade and floor plan are usually interdependent.

Another one is future proofing the home, such as putting in a ground floor bedroom and shower to service loved ones or future you. We like to ensure the home is adaptable over time, and can grow with you.”
