National television appearances done - for now. We're back to focus on what we do best and the very reason we were asked to speak on behalf of our industry in the first place.

We’re passionate about this industry and the people in it, but even more so about the clients who trust us with their homes. Every project is a balance of design, budget and buildability. Quality craftsmanship, no corner‑cutting and a focus on longevity - so it keeps working long after we do the hand‑over.

For us, it’s never just about a facade or a floor plan. It’s about families having a place that feels calm at the end of a long day, kids splashing in the pool, friends gathered around the bbq or on the back porch with a drink in hand, and clients feeling secure in the decisions they’ve made.

This is what it’s all about.

In this ABC report our Co‑Founder and Director Jack Stewart who also heads up NSW Master Builders Association of NSW Inner West Chapter is interviewed. He explains that while the headlines are noisy, he’s concerned the current conflict could spook the market further but the reality is that housing inflation is already running at about twice the rest of the economy, and it’s unlikely to get any cheaper by waiting.

At the same time, many builders are locked into fixed‑price contracts, absorbing price increases across materials and trades just to keep projects moving.

For clients, the key is choosing a builder who’s transparent about costs and uses fair, well-structured contracts. With fair terms in place around time frames, variations and milestone payments, you can move ahead with clarity instead of putting your plans on hold.
