Another insurance remediation job in the bag! 💪
APBuilt removed all water-damaged ceiling plasterboard, replaced and repainted the ceilings and walls + refreshed the hallway and garage.
All wrapped up in just 3 days, with one very happy client! ✨

Lidcombe Medical Defit Project Complete! ⭐
Our team recently wrapped up a warm shell defit of a former medical suite in Lidcombe, transforming the tenancy back into a clean, lease-ready space.

Scope of works included:
Removal of internal partition walls
Strip-out of A/C units and ductwork
Adjustment of lighting configuration for future flexibility
Disconnection and safe capping of plumbing and vanities
Removal of carpet, revealing and restoring the original tiled flooring to a surprisingly high-shine finish

With minimal disruption to surrounding tenancies and precision ex*****on throughout, the space was handed back in better condition than received.

Job done. Ready for what’s next.

Out with the old, in with the new! ✨
APBuilt recently gave our client’s space a fresh update! Swapping out 180m² of tired carpet tiles with brand-new ones.
All completed after hours so the site could run smoothly without interruptions.

This project included removing one toilet, installing a new shower, giving the other toilet a refresh, and adding a brand new wash-up area in the main space.
