Wipeout Dementia is returning to Bondi Beach in March 2023, aiming to raise $280,000 to support critical research into Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA) has now held eleven events, raising over $2 million for critical research into Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.

Sense Projects are delighted to continue our relationship with Monash IVF by constructing their newest facility to cater to the greater Penrith area. Located in the newly constructed purpose-built medical facility, the Somerset Specialist Centre, Monash IVF latest clinic includes laboratories, ultrasounds, consult rooms, transfer rooms, collection suites, offices, and administration areas. All were supplied with medical-specific requirements such as medical gases, nurse call, compartmentalised mechanical services, generator and UPS-backed shielded electrical.

Sense Projects Pty Ltd are pleased to deliver for Property Group, alongside Forge Venture Management, Strutt Studios and Aston Consulting, the following project at 117 Clarence Street Sydney:

- Four speculative fit-outs over Three floors.
- Ground floor lobby, lifts and EOT refresh including BCA upgrades.
- Two levels of lobby upgrades.
- Three levels of toilet upgrades.

We proudly advise that the works were designed and built within the allocated budget and program.

Since 2015, Sense Projects have remained committed to its Integrated Management System by maintaining its certification of ISO9001:2008, ISO 14001, and now ISO 45001.
We are continuing our international ISO Standards obligations and commitments by migrating from AS/NZS 4801 to ISO 45001:2018.
The new ISO 45001:2018 is organised on the principles of ‘do’ and ‘act’, which is the new structure for all management systems standards; bringing it into line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental.
This has allowed us to further integrate our management systems and provides greater scope for future improvements.
Well done to the team on continually receiving this certification.

This month Sense Projects will wrap up the conversions of selected Fitness First gyms, with their Reform Pilates gyms. In partnership with A Three Design Management and Fitness and Lifestyle Group.
Reform Pilates is a whole-body 45-minute guided workout. It's designed to improve strength and boost flexibility, balance, posture, and coordination. The reformer is a bed-like machine that moves back and forward and features functionalities (i.e. springs) to increase resistance as you workout.

Some warm words from our Director Brett Eichhorn, on the eve of participating in Property Industry Wipeout Dementia 2022.

After two years off due to COVID, this event will be the biggest yet with eight teams of surfers competing to fundraise in support of dementia research at the UNSW Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing.

Brett will be competing in the fundraiser for the fourth time tomorrow, Friday 25th March at Bondi Beach.

Congratulations to all involved and best of luck to the surf teams competing for this incredible cause.

Sense Projects are proud sponsors of the Property Industry 2022 Wipeout Dementia event which supports critical research led by UNSW Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing.

More than 52% of people in aged care are living with dementia. Sense Projects Director, Brett Eichhorn will once again be surfing in the charity event to raise awareness of the relationship between physical activity and brain health in late life.

We see this partnership as an ideal alignment as Sense Projects and Wipeout Dementia share key core values; such as taking the sensitive approach.
