Failed waterproofing to the bathroom. We replaced the old with new. The tiles in the kitchen were glued to the timber floors. Most of the tiles had lifted and the glue had failed. The tiles were replaced and the substrate repaired and FC sheeting installed to create a suitable substrate.

Non-compliant balustrade. Due to the hob being a step, it is lower than the minimal requirement. It is also rusted and the glass installed is the wrong spec and only held by silicone. We replaced it with a new balustrade with the correct height and the correct type of glass.

Lion Builders Commercial Division had the pleasure of collaborating with Joe from to swiftly extend and modify the existing hot food bar. The challenge was to align our work with the delightful aroma emanating from their daily offerings of amazing food.
The works took 5 days to complete, from demo, fitout, and handover, all while the business kept operating and disruption was kept to a minimum.
