🎉 Today marks the 17th anniversary of the official opening of the QSN Link pipeline, a significant milestone celebrated in 2009 alongside the Hon. Patrick Conlon MP.

This achievement was built on the incredible skill and dedication of the crews who worked tirelessly to deliver this vital addition to the South West Queensland Pipeline (SWQP) network.

Their commitment has been central to Australia’s energy security, creating a lasting connection that continues to provide reliable power to our communities and industries today.

We are proud to recognise the hard work of everyone involved in this project and the enduring legacy they have established for our national energy infrastructure.

Did you know that 20 years ago today, on 9 May 2006, the "mighty line" known as Basslink officially opened? This incredible feat of engineering connects Tasmania to the mainland, keeping the lights on through the roughest seas.

It was built by workers from over 50 different countries with one simple motto: "a mate is a mate." We’re so proud to have this icon as part of the APA family as we continue to power Australia together. 🤝⚡️

We're delighted to see the vital work of First Nations Rangers recognised nationally alongside other outstanding projects from across the country!

This national competition shines a light on the incredible work of First Nations Ranger groups and IPA providers, who care for Country using both Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and contemporary science.

Ever wondered how we build a natural gas pipeline? 🤔👀🔎

This rare footage from 1993 shows how businesses was, and continues to be done right across Australia as we work with communities and landholders to build pipelines.

The video might be over 30 years old, but nothing much has changed. Except the music (and the PPE).

It’s wonderful to see the community come together for a project like this, which will help build amenity and community connection in Kogan. APA continues to work closely with community stakeholders as it progresses the Brigalow Pipeline Project in the Kogan area.

Kogan Pioneer Park is now home to a brand-new BBQ and shade shelter, thanks to a generous co-contribution from APA Group (an Australian energy infrastructure group).

This project was proudly driven by the Kogan & District Progress Association and the Kogan State School P&C, demonstrating Council's commitment to investing in local priorities. 🌾
