One of the hardest parts of building a home is trying to imagine how it will actually feel before it even exists.

And that is where Life Size Plans comes in.

Our clients who have experienced this say that being able to physically walk through their floor plan, experience the scale of each space and get a feel for the flow of their home can give them a completely different perspective than simply looking at the plans on paper.

We’ve found that it’s also a great opportunity to pick up on the little things that might not feel quite right before construction even begins.

We’re always looking for ways to give our clients more confidence throughout the whole building process, and this is one of those tools that can make a really, really big difference.

Welcome to our latest luxury home… just ignore the fact it’s currently missing most of the house.

This is the stage of a build where you have to use a little imagination.

Our clients wanted to maximise natural light, so we’ve gone big on the skylights. Although right now, with no ceiling and half the walls missing, we’ve arguably taken the brief a little too far.

Give us a few more weeks and we promise it’ll look less like a construction site and more like the dream home they signed up for.

We spend so much time planning the inside of the house that the garage can become an afterthought.

But think about everything that actually lives in there.

Cars. Bikes. Surfboards. Tools. Sports gear. The Christmas decorations you only see once a year...

And suddenly, that “”two-car garage”” doesn’t feel quite so generous.

When we’re designing a custom home, we look at how the entire property is going to be used, not just the rooms you’ll see in the photos.

Because a home that works well isn’t just about having beautiful spaces.

It’s about having somewhere for all the stuff that comes with real life too.
