On the ground with our US partners! First stop: Aero Performance Group in Chicago.

We recently kicked off a series of visits across the US to spend meaningful time with key partners. And when we say we show up, we mean it, including flying our VP of Product, Howie Mann, in from Australia and our COO, Paul Walsh, from Ireland to ensure partners get direct access to leadership and hands-on support.

Our first stop was Chicago, where the CIM team, Samantha Gibson, Paul Walsh, Chris Hamilton and Howie Mann, met with long-term client Aero Performance Group and their full engineering team. It was a great opportunity to strengthen alignment on how CIM supports their MBCx/RCx delivery and to gather valuable platform feedback.

We’re looking forward to sharing more partner highlights as this series continues.

The PEAK Platform is being deployed at 26 Narellan Street, a key commercial asset in Canberra’s civic precinct. Owned by QIC and managed by JLL this strategically located building sits adjacent to Canberra Centre and has long served as a base for the Australian Taxation Office.

With over 22,000 sqm of office space, the asset offers government-grade infrastructure and immediate access to vibrant retail and lifestyle amenities.

We are proud to support QIC and JLL in the next phase of this asset’s evolution. By harnessing CIM’s AI-powered building analytics software, we look forward to promoting operational excellence and sustainability outcomes at this important Canberra asset.
