Meet the faces behind LTK Homes – husband and wife team, Lance and Tracy.

With a shared passion for quality, customer service, and building lasting relationships, Lance and Tracy bring a wealth of experience to every project.

Lance is a third-generation carpenter whose construction career has taken him across Australia and overseas. With extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction, he combines traditional craftsmanship with modern building expertise to deliver homes that are built to last.

Tracy brings a strong background in sales and client relations, developed through successful careers in Australia and internationally. Her experience spans retail, real estate, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), giving her a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the building journey.

Together, Lance and Tracy founded LTK Homes with a simple vision: to create high-quality homes while providing a personalised and transparent experience for every client.

As a family-owned business, they take pride in building not just houses, but homes where families can create memories for years to come.

Our clients had a last minute change to their standard bookcase. They wanted to add a feature so incorporated an arch and polytec cupboard doors in natural oak. We think they made the right decision. This bookcase sits proudly at the top of the stairs.
