A front door is one of the first things you notice about a home, so getting it right can completely transform a façade. 🤍

For this project, it was important to create an upgraded entrance that reflected our clients’ style while complementing the existing rendered walls, blonde brickwork, and primrose-coloured window frames.

With the home facing north-west, colour selection was carefully considered. We chose a finish that would withstand intense summer sun, maintain its depth and character over time, and look beautiful in the ever-changing natural light throughout the day.

The result is a timeless, welcoming entrance that enhances the home’s original character while giving the entire façade a fresh new lease on life.

Meet the faces behind LTK Homes – husband and wife team, Lance and Tracy.

With a shared passion for quality, customer service, and building lasting relationships, Lance and Tracy bring a wealth of experience to every project.

Lance is a third-generation carpenter whose construction career has taken him across Australia and overseas. With extensive experience in both commercial and residential construction, he combines traditional craftsmanship with modern building expertise to deliver homes that are built to last.

Tracy brings a strong background in sales and client relations, developed through successful careers in Australia and internationally. Her experience spans retail, real estate, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), giving her a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the building journey.

Together, Lance and Tracy founded LTK Homes with a simple vision: to create high-quality homes while providing a personalised and transparent experience for every client.
