Chief Engineer, Dakka (Ozrocketman) takes the IJ6180S jetsuit for a spin, under the watchful eye of Chief Pilot, HeliJen.
Like all our key personnel, Dakka is a professional aviator. He holds a commercial fixed-wing licence and is also a Wearable VTOL pilot (Rocketbelt and Jetsuit). 🤘
We look forward to sharing flight videos with you as soon as we’ve finished fine-tuning the IJ6180S — as part of put mission to make human flight accessible for all, we’re modifying it to make it suitable and safe for future Jetsuit pilots of different shapes and sizes.
Yes, this means you will be able to experience the thrill of fully body-controlled wVTOL flight! And while we recognise the cost is prohibitive for most at this stage (manufacturing in small quantities doesn’t come cheap), we’ve every intention of finding ways to bring this cost down over time. 🙏
But for now, it’s back to the workshop… 🚀🧑🔬 🚀
