We're on the hunt for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team. If you know your way around a grader and UTS/LPS, this one's for you.
What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience as a Grader Operator (minimum 3 years)
✅ Proficient in civil construction operations
✅ Proficient in the operation and use of UTS/LPS
✅ Able to read and understand construction plans to carry out site works
✅ Adaptable to challenging works with strong problem-solving skills
✅ Committed to WHS, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements
✅ Strong team player with a dedication to quality work
✅ Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card)
✅ Understanding of plant/equipment maintenance, with a willingness to undertake minor maintenance and replace consumables
✅ Must have the right to work in Australia
✅ Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
