Gen II Rapid response reel specifically designed for the emergency services fast response and rural fire fighting appliances. A super light weight package that still punches well above its weight. Standard features include, light weight aluminium construction, stainless steel fluid path, inboard IP 54 drive motor in 12 or 24 vdc, friction brake and spool lock, four-way roller guide, working pressures up to 5000 psi, 30m x 1” or 60m x 3/4” hose capacity, reduced foot print to save space and best of all made right here in Kings Park.
Future options will include an auto layering system and modular add on storage draws.

AFAC23 Was a fantastic exhibition, met some extremely knowledgeable people from the fire and emergency industry. Opened some doors of opportunity to secure future business. But the crowning jewel was bumping into a customer that praised ReCoila for the quality of its product and our ability to adapt and change on the run to meet their requirements and expectations, finishing his statement with its the best reel on the market.

This has been a fantastic project from start to finish. Recoila was engaged by one of Australia’s major mining companies to design and fabricate a cable reeling system to assist them in maintenance and upgrading of their dewatering pumps deep underground. The design criteria was to retrieve the four primary power cables powering the pumps. The kicker was it had to hold 9000kg’s of load just in case something went wrong while lifting and retrieving the pumps. The turn key package included a diesel HPU to provide the hydraulic power for the massive high torque low speed drive motor.
