We are seeking an Install Leader / Trade Supervisor
Position would be suitable for persons with years of experience in the air conditioning installation industry, looking to move to a more managing roll within a growing local business and progressing their career.
The Role:
Managing installations, ensuring a high level of quality control.
You would lead a team of AC technicians with varied levels of experience.
Ability to assist with occasional service calls especially during peak periods.
You would work closely with other members of the team including the office manager/or other office staff and the managing director.
Outline of Key Skills and Experience Required:
A can-do attitude with a drive to succeed.
Be a team player – collaborate with other Technicians, the Office Manager and Managing Director
A high level of communication and presentation skills to build relationships with customers to deliver a clear and concise plan
A valid Drivers Licence
Project management with willingness to lead the team.
Air conditioning and refrigeration licence
