2 weeks ago I was referred to Yourway Design AUS Pty ltd. He had massive airborne dust problems & low suction at his machines due to incorrectly sized ductwork and very, very poor workmanship on the install of his system. He was putting in an entire factory mezzanine so it was a perfect opportunity to rip it all down and start again.
I was able to reuse 95% of the duct and with roughly $1k worth of new parts build him a system that actually worked.
Anthony said he was getting a new Biesse Australia Rover As & asked me to do the extraction for it too. I supplied him an Airtight Solutions T750 which as you can see in the video below fits perfectly behind the table and under the stairs. It leaves not only an amazingly clean board on the CNC off-feed table but had some spare capacity up it's sleeve to pick up the panel saw upstairs and allowed him to remove his twin bag collector that was up there.
Congratulations to Anthony and his family on the successful project and factory upgrade. Installing a wall to wall mezzanine, flooring, moving the knock up area, moving machines, adding machines, redoing ducting, compressed air & electrical in 2 weeks WHILST still sending out bulk orders is a feat to be proud of.
