The repair was executed safely, completed to the required quality standards and delivered in accordance with project requirements and timelines.

Four rope access technicians recently came together at RIGCOM to build the blade repair skills needed to begin working in the wind industry.

New to the sector but enthusiastic from the outset, the group worked through the fundamentals of wind turbine blade repair, combining their existing rope access experience with practical training for the opportunities ahead.

Congratulations to Rob, Nakai, Ian and Jakub on completing their GWO Blade Maintenance and Repair training with RIGCOM. 👏

Each came to the course with rope access experience and a shared goal of building the skills required to begin a career in the wind industry. Throughout the course, they demonstrated a strong interest in blade repair, a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.

Joshua and Isaac have successfully completed RIGCOM's two-week GWO Blade Repair Training Program.

As newcomers to the wind industry, both participants have taken the first step towards a career in blade repair.

Delivered by RIGCOM's Composites Engineering & Training Manager, Keyur Jadav the program combined classroom learning with hands-on practical exercises, covering real-world repair scenarios and techniques used in the field.
