Not your standard renovation… and definitely not an easy one.
Right in the heart of Coogee, this project came with tight access, strata constraints, and zero room for error. What started as a challenging unit upgrade turned into a full-scale transformation, extension, complete internal renovation, and a full façade replacement.
We delivered new bathrooms and laundry, introduced a large custom skylight to bring natural light deep into the space, and completed a full joinery upgrade, all tailored for functionality and a clean, premium finish.
Working within a Class 2 building in NSW means strict compliance from day one. Every stage was managed under the DBP framework, navigating regulated designs, approvals, and all legislative requirements that come with unit renovations.
