With nearly 30 years experience in architectural drafting, my goal is to provide a complete service from initial sketch designs through to full construction drawings.
Services I provide include:
1. Site visits to obtain accurate site information and an initial meeting with you to discuss your needs
2. Preliminary design sketches
3. Liaising with Surveyors and Engineers on your behalf
4. Preparation of Architectural Plans
5. Preparation of Basix Certificates
6. Preparation of Development Application including all documentation and copies required
7. Submission to Council
8. Liaise with Certifiers for Complying Developments and Construction Certificates
