Here’s what’s been happening at our Eastlakes project since we last caught up👇🏼

Bathrooms are waterproofed and have been flood tested for compliance. ✅

Our staircase is in, making the site safer (and easier) for our trades to work on. ✅

We’ve installed multiple skylights, including a light well that shines all the way down into the living and kitchen area. ✅

We’re in the process of completing cladding, tiling, flooring, plastering, and all joinery this month.

Before handover, we’ve already walked the site multiple times, picking up on details such as painting touch-ups, caulking that’s not quite right, or nail holes that need filling.

Every imperfection gets marked, documented, and fixed before you get the keys, so you can be confident in the finished product. 🔑

Months of planning, problem-solving and hard work have led us to the final stages of our Art Deco apartment makeover, here in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

All of our bench-tops and joinery have now been completed. Painters and plumbers are wrapping up their final touches, and our beautiful hardwood flooring has been sanded.

Back at our heritage build in Rozelle for one of our final site updates before handover!

Our Blackbutt hardwood floors are down across both levels and are already starting to look the part. ✅

The upstairs balcony has had a full transformation, completely rebuilt and finished in eco-decking. ✅

Downstairs, our porcelain benchtops have been installed in the kitchen. The skylights are in, and finishes are being fitted in both downstairs bedrooms. ✅

Out the front, we’ve got custom fascia boards made by the team at .oak.carpentery, perfectly matched to the original boards and complementing our brand new galvanised roof. ✅

Now it’s all about the final touches as the team fine-tunes the last details over the coming days.

Our frame is up at Project Eastlakes, and you can now see the shape of the home coming together.

The team is installing our Solitex Extasana wrap (by Pro Clima) from top to bottom, creating a fully weathertight barrier around the house. This extra detail is now a non-negotiable on our builds.

Upstairs is taking form, with bedrooms and bathrooms mapped out. Roofing also kicks off this week, with fascia, gutter, sheeting, and skylights being installed.
