SOUTH DOWLING – MAIN WORKS CONTRACT COMMENCES
Construction Profile Pty Ltd is extremely proud to announce that we signed the main works contract for the design and construction of this iconic commercial development located on the corner of South Dowling Street and Fitzroy Street. Construction Profile Pty Ltd has completed an ECI agreement followed by the early works contract on this project. This enabled the project to commence as quickly as possible whilst we helped value engineered the design with the client and architect to an acceptable contract figure. This site is commonly known as the “gateway to Surry Hills” and we are very proud to be the appointed builder for this truly iconic building as designed by Smart Design Studio

THE ROCHESTER, NEWCASTLE STREET – NEW PROJECT
Construction Profile Pty Ltd is proud to announce we recently signed the contract for this luxury residential development for seniors situated in the heart of Rose Bay. When complete, it will accommodate ten dwellings over three storeys, comprising mainly of two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a single-level basement.

The scope of works includes high-end finishes, extensive joinery, shoring and excavation in sand, screw piling, and working within a sensitive residential neighborhood, not far from Rose Bay Public School.

Happy to see this finished project featured in yellowtrace the design inspiration website. The publication highlights the use of “architecture to draw people’s perception beyond the immediate space of the apartments and give them a greater sense of space without it necessarily being immediately visible to the eye”.

MAPLE & FINCH CAFE, ALEXANDRIA – COMPLETION
The small works Construction Profile Pty Ltd team is extremely proud to have completed the café fit-out with Michiru Higginbotham during the COVID lockdown period for our client. Great work team. It is a shame that we could not see or taste the Maple & Finch gourmet pancakes due to the NSW current restrictions but we hope that the café can open for trading soon. We will be their first customers…..

TWENTY95, MANLY – THROWBACK THURSDAY
Construction Profile Pty Ltd is still proud to have handed over this project known as Twenty95 at the end of 2019. The project included the refurbishment of the existing live Telstra Exchange, along with a below ground 49 Car stacker, ground floor retail and 26 apartments. It’s great to see that this building is still being referenced as the gateway to Manly.

OLD SOUTH HEAD ROAD, ROSE BAY – NEW PROJECT
Construction Profile Pty Ltd is extremely proud to announce that we signed the contract yesterday for the design and construction of 8 luxury, 3 level townhouses over a basement carpark. This development is on the prominent Old South Head Rd strip which has seen numerous developments over the past years. The project involves high end finishes to meet the market expectations.
We thank our client for awarding this project to Construction Profile Pty Ltd regardless of the possible issues surrounding the current COVID19 outbreak and we will do everything in our power to get the project started without any delays. Construction Profile Pty Ltd hopes that this is the first of many projects with this new client. We are also excited to be working with ESS Lifestyles who is the design architect. Stay posted to see the works progress and the final product on completion.

CONSTRUCTION SITES TOOLS DOWN
Construction Profile’s sites may be closed due to the ongoing COVID outbreak in Sydney but to our staff, client, consultants and subcontractors, this is just another hurdle to overcome which is no different to what we do every day and as long as everyone stays calm we will all make it through these tough times.

CLARION, ALEXANDRIA – THE URBAN DEVELOPER AWARDS FINALIST
Construction Profile Pty Ltd is extremely proud to have been involved in this truly unique project as the Design & Construct Builder with Milligan Group as our client / developer and SJB who was the architect.. A lot of projects say that they are different to any other apartment building but this project is. Internally and externally it has so many unique design characteristics but a couple of the highlights include the 3.2m high exposed concrete ceilings internally of the apartments and the unique flouted precast façade externally. We hope that this project takes the award for “Best Development of the Year - Small Scale Residential” category. Great work team.
