NOW HIRING: HR Truck Driver/Civil Labourer (Dual Role) | Full-Time – Sydney Region

MFS Contracting is looking for a reliable, professional HR Truck Driver & Civil Labourer to join our collaborative civil utilities crew with the role starting and finishing at our depot in Padstow each day.

We operate as a small, collaborative team, which means this isn't just a job where you sit behind the steering wheel all day. We are looking for a qualified driver who is equally comfortable jumping out of the cab to assist with civil labouring work on-site. If you have a strong team-player attitude and take pride in contributing to a cooperative crew, you will fit right in.

Key Requirements:
• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (or equivalent heavy vehicle qualification).
• Proven experience within Civil Construction (minimum requirement).
• Versatility: A genuine willingness to perform ground-based civil labour work alongside the crew.
• Previous experience working in conduit laying crews on the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks advantageous but not essential as we’ll provide all the necessary training.*

*Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates who bring the right foundational civil experience and a strong work ethic.
