External framing complete at our Summer Hill project, and we’re pushing towards lock up 🙌🏻

A huge effort from the team has gone into this one. Working with tight boundary-to-boundary constraints and matching the existing roof heights while getting every detail right has been a challenge, but the team has absolutely knocked it out of the park.

Proud of the result so far and the attention to detail that’s gone into bringing this project together.

BEHIND THE BUILD | MCGRATHS HILL

On this project, we’ve been working closely with Avidity Metal Roofing Pty Ltd to learn and implement a new roofing system using the Pro Clima Australia mento roof wrap.

Bringing this system into a renovation project took plenty of time, research and planning to make sure we got the details right and achieved the best possible result.

We’re incredibly happy with how it’s all come together and excited to continue learning, refining and implementing this style of construction into future Noble Building & Co projects.

Always looking for better ways to build. 🔨

Our Kings Langley finished shots of the main bathroom and ensuite.

Both the main bathroom and ensuite have turned out amazing, with stunning features, beautiful finishes and some incredible colour choices by our clients.

The brushed brass fixtures tie everything together perfectly, adding warmth and a touch of luxury throughout both spaces.

Another beautiful result, bringing our clients vision to life from initial design through to construction.

THIS IS THE WORK YOU DON’T SEE… BUT IT’S WHAT MAKES A HOUSE LAST. 👀

At our Summer Hill project, the existing subfloor was well past its best — so rather than patching it up, we stripped it back and rebuilt it properly from the ground up.

Here’s the process:

▪️ Removed all the old, rotten flooring
▪️ Hand-dug the existing soil to achieve a minimum 400mm airflow clearance
▪️ New concrete footings
▪️ Ezi-Piers installed
▪️ Brand-new LVL subfloor framing
▪️ Full underfloor ventilation system
▪️ Underfloor insulation

A subfloor might not be the most glamorous part of a renovation, but getting it wrong can cause serious problems down the track.

We’ve built this one with proper airflow, ventilation, structure and protection — creating a solid foundation that’s designed to stand the test of time.

Our Kings Langley renovation has been powering along nicely! 🔨

Roof tiling is all done ✅, brickwork is officially all completed by the best in the business Marksmen Masonry Pty Ltd 🙌🏻

We’ve also wrapped up the internal sheeting, with waterproofing now starting to go in.

Plenty happening on site as we push towards the next stages of this renovation!

North Richmond — Project Complete 🏡

We’ve recently completed this carport extension at North Richmond, along with converting two single garage doors into one large garage door.

This was a true concept to completion project for us, working closely with the customer throughout the process to bring their vision to life and achieve exactly what they were after.

We’re absolutely stoked with how this one turned out! 👌

McGraths Hill 🧱

Brickwork all completed at our McGraths Hill project!

The boys over BKT Bricklaying Pty Ltd have done a fantastic job with all the face brickwork, especially with some of the tricky angles and details we’ve incorporated into this renovation. Couldn’t be happier with how it’s all come together!

Now we’re keen to get stuck into the roof framing and keep this one moving! 🔨

Kings Langley Update 🔨

Internal demo & framing is well underway at our Kings Langley project!

We’ve rejigged a fair few walls internally, including turning the main bathroom into one large space and opening up the main living, kitchen & dining area with an oversized hallway.

Our new double-glazed windows are also being installed by Bradmans 👌

A massive thanks to Duncan from Skylight Innovations for installing all of our skylights and tunnels — they’ve turned out amazing!

Next stop… rough-in services & sheeting!
