We at H&B Trade Services Pty Ltd have been in the construction industry for over 25 years and are confident in delivery of all trade services. We have recently expanded our already successful business to service the NDIS industry by becoming a NDIS provider in the (0111 Home Modifications Group). Having onboard a Builders License that also includes an Electrical License.
This means we can oversee all building and all trade work.

H&B Trade Services Pty Ltd is an NDIS provider of home modifications. Our expert team manages the design, costing, and delivery of dwelling modifications to meet the specific requirements of any participant. This process includes consultation and tendering of the works, oversight of delivery, and management until completion.

 Access modifications – installation of ramps, rails, steps, and other modifications that help you access and live in your home more safely.
 Major bathroom modifications and renovations – removal and replacement of traditional baths with an accessible showers or complete bathroom renovations.
 Kitchen modifications – adjusted counter heights, installation of accessible appliances, and more.
 Mobility modifications – installation of lifts, stair climbers, and other mobility devices.
 Minor modifications – installation of grab rails, hand-held shower hoses, lever taps, door wedges, and widened doorways.
