It’s been a busy start to the year
The boys have formed and poured 2 slabs on our jobs.
Suspended Bondek slab at Thirroul and slab on ground at Sutherland
Now onto the next stage putting the frames up.
We have also been working on the first floor joists and flooring at Carlingford and framing up the roof ready for the roof cover at Engadine

Fences have been installed Power and gas services are terminated Now prepared to dismantle this building to accommodate a newly designed CDC-approved duplex by Duplex Building Designs

Our Jannali project is nearing completion

The new house is complete and the new owners have settled in.
We have been finishing off the landscaping on the Reno house and it has come up a treat.
