Frigcorp Group at the AAA Apartment Awards for Excellence 🏆

Last night, Frigcorp Group was honoured to present the Diversity in Housing Award to Cbus Property for their exceptional Newmarket – Stage 2 precinct at the Australian Apartment Advocacy Apartment Awards for Excellence.

It was a fantastic evening celebrating innovation, excellence, and the people behind some of Australia’s most impressive residential developments. The event provided an opportunity to recognise the dedication, collaboration, and hard work that continue to drive our industry forward.

✨Vivid Sydney 2026✨

Last week, the Frigcorp team and guests headed out on Sydney Harbour for two great nights taking in the Vivid lights from the water. We may have timed it perfectly with the arrival of winter but the views, drinks, and catch-ups more than made up for it.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make both evenings such a great success. We loved sharing the experience with you and look forward to the next one!

Frigcorp Group has partnered with The Henley at 6 Mitchell St to provide ongoing Mechanical HVAC Maintenance services, supporting the continued performance and reliability of the site’s HVAC systems.

Our scope includes:
• Quarterly Mechanical HVAC Maintenance
• CO System Calibration
• Annual Damper Inspections
• AFSS Testing & Certification

We look forward to supporting the building’s performance, compliance, and long-term reliability.

⛳ A fantastic day spent at the SCA (NSW) Taubmans 2026 Golf Day at St Michael's Golf Club!

With amazing weather, breathtaking coastal views, and plenty of laughs along the way, the day was the perfect mix of networking and fun. Although the strong winds definitely claimed a few golf balls, the scenic course more than made up for it. 🌊🏌️

Thank you to everyone who came through the Frigcorp tent and took the time to chat with the team. We truly appreciate the opportunity to connect with so many great people across the industry and look forward to building on the relationships formed throughout the day.

Well done to the organisers for delivering such a successful event, we’re already looking forward to the next one!

Frigcorp Group NRL Launch Lunch 2026 🏉

Last week we kicked off the NRL season with our Frigcorp Group NRL Launch Lunch, bringing together clients, mates and plenty of rugby league chat.

Big thanks to our special guests Paul Gallen , Steve 'Blocker' Roach and Bjorn Baker Racing for sharing stories from their careers, their thoughts on the season ahead and a few insights from life in elite sport. Also a big thanks to our MC Allan Jarvis for keeping the conversation flowing and the room entertained.

✨ Celebrating International Women’s Day ✨

Last Friday, the Frigcorp team and friends attended an inspiring International Women’s Day lunch at the Glass Brasserie, Hilton Sydney. The event brought together professionals from across industries to celebrate the achievements of women and reflect on this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

We heard insightful perspectives from director and CEO of the Australian Museum Kim McKay, reflections on the remarkable career of event host and Australian news presenter Sandra Sully and were treated to a fantastic performance by Tania Doko from Bachelor Girl.

Alongside celebrating the achievements of women, the event also supported important causes including Vinnies NSW - Vinne's Vans and SpinalCure Australia, organisations doing incredible work supporting people and families through challenging times.

Thank you to the organisers for hosting such a meaningful event, and to everyone who came together to celebrate the contributions of women in our industry and beyond. 💜

Mitsubishi Electric Security & Access Control Upgrade

Frigcorp Group recently completed a full security and access control system upgrade for Mitsubishi Electric at their facility in Wentworth Point.

The site’s legacy infrastructure consisted of multiple incompatible access and alarm systems accumulated over previous tenancies. Our objective was to unify the environment into a single, scalable security platform - delivered with minimal disruption to operations.

Scope Included:
• Over 80 new card readers and electronic locks across warehouse and office level
• Long-range RFID vehicle recognition system
• Fully integrated zone-based alarm system
• New integrated CCTV system and VMS with remote access capability
• Video intercom system at primary entrances
• Centralised management software and mobile APP with time-based permissions

The result is a modern, fully integrated security ecosystem combining access control, alarm monitoring, CCTV, and intercom functionality under one unified backend.

A great example of how strategic retrofit projects can future-proof commercial facilities while maximising existing infrastructure.
