I ensure parents are given the tools they need to send their little ones off to sleep with confidence, and help to create an environment where parents learn to trust their nurturing instincts, and feel connected with their children rather than exhausted by nap and night routines. Parents with an unruly sleeper will be introduced to evidence-based sleep strategies that are tried and true - with no strict schedules involved, giving mums and dads the chance to recharge with a good night’s sleep and some much-needed peace and quiet during naptime. I support parents of newborns through to 5 years-of-age, and work towards goals that are important to you. I create personalised sleep plans that cover any sleep challenge you may be facing during your day and night routines, and follow-up on all families to see how you’re getting on.
